Heather & Randy

Where do I even begin on this one? It was truly an honor to get the invite to this wedding. You two were awesome - we had a great time and we couldn't have asked for a better setting. Every detail was just perfect. (I've got to put a shout out to Emily Edwards of Your Heart's Desire for that one - more on her later...)

The wedding was held at Camelback Vista, seated in the Camel's neck of Camelback Mountain. Check out some of the other incredible wedding and event venues managed by Bella Pelazzo.

You've got to see the view to believe it.

Here's Heather looking sassy...

And your 'girls' were fun, fun, fun! I'll definitely say you all knew how to have a good time.

One of my favorite images from the entire event...

And the pool. That pool is just nuts! I only wish we'd had more time to work with the pool.

We didn't pose this one! Total photojournalism here!

I should mention Randy's company - Display Maker Productions produced the event and the lighting. The color and setting was all him. This portrait shot against the waterfall behind Camelback Vista - lighting thanks to Randy's design.

And by far, hands down, without a doubt, the best piece of wedding cake I've ever had - and I've eaten a lot of wedding cake!

THANK YOU BOTH!!

And another note about Emily Edwards - I wanted to say thanks for pulling the little details together. You truly made this event shine. There were so many places this day could have gone wrong but you made it perfect. I've worked with quite a few coordinators and without a doubt, I would look forward to working with you again anytime! I'd totally recommend you to anyone!

Emily at the rehearsal - takin' it all in stride.

Stephanie & Jeff

What an incredible wedding - and if you like color, this one has it. The beautiful Trinity Cathedral in downtown Phoenix was a perfect setting. Small event, great family, great couple. It doesn't get any better.

Stephanie has also allowed us to use some of the images from her wedding in our upcoming marketing. Expect to see her face a few more times.

I'd love to post more of these here in the blog. It's so hard to narrow down the favorites. If you enjoy this set, have a look at some more favorites in the Image Archive.

"I Love Photoshop" - don't you?

Sometimes this stuff just happens. ;-)

As seen in our new MyPhoenixWedding banner! Thanks Stephanie!

Simple Photo Flow - Article

New article just out...

"Despite laments from the purists among us, the truth is our industry has more new photographers arriving every day. The barriers to entry have never been so low, while the expectations to deliver have never been so high. Given the sheer volume of new players entering our market, the development of a mindset toward delivering services and products professionally has never been more critical. Sadly, the conversation about what it actually means to be a pro has been neglected in exchange for the interests of commercially driven professional associations that have little sense of purpose or vision in the first place." - Dane Sanders
